SkillTech Audio relied heavily on inbound phone calls for new business. But because their team was often on job sites or in client meetings, over 60% of calls went unanswered.

For the CRM migration and Lead capture successfully migrated all data from Pipedrive to Zoho CRM while preserving relationships and workflows.

Integrated Webflow forms with Zoho CRM (via Zoho Flow) for real-time lead capture and updates.

Installed and configured Zoho SalesIQ tracking on the client’s Webflow site, enabling visitor identification, lead scoring, and history syncing.

Implemented automation flows, including follow-up triggers and lead assignment based on behavior. (via Make.com)
